2週間ほど前のことですが、南アルプスフィールドのホーキナギから広河原にかけてのブナ林の中を歩いていると、何となく付近の樹木の幹に違和感を覚えました。よくよく見てみると、ちょうど羽化最中のセミを発見しました。セミの抜け殻は良くみかけますが、羽化の様子を見るのはとても懐かしい思いでした。半翅目には明るくないので同定はできませんが、時期や環境を考えながら図鑑を眺めていると、エゾハルゼミなどが該当するのでしょうか？ もしわかる方がいらっしゃいましたら、是非ご教授ください。 （宇） About two weeks ago, I found a cicada emerging in the beech forest between Hokinagi and Hirokawara in the South Alps Field. I often see cicada shells, but it was very nostalgic to see a cicada emerging. I'm not familiar with Hemiptera, so I can't identify it, but I wondered if it could be an Ezo-haruzemi. 6月1日　上阿多古小学校5・6年生対象の野外授業を行いました．昨年11月に3年生対象に行った樹木の見分け方の授業です．見分け方だけでなく，葉の形の持つ様々な役割を考えながら学びとなりました．昨年同様，タラヨウの葉の裏でのお絵かきは人気で定番になってしまいました．山間地の児童らしく，いくつかの木の名前をすでに知っていました．教える前から名前を言い当てていた樹木，ソメイヨシノ，キンモクセイ，カキノキ，サルスベリ，ヤマモモ，ヒイラギ，カリン　などでした．樹木の名前を覚えるのも正確で，樹木のネームプレートづけも逡巡なく正しい樹木に取りつけることができました．普段の生活で自然に親しむことが子供たちの知識を確かなものにしているように感じました． 授業の様子は静岡新聞でも取り上げていただきました． https://www.at-s.com/news/article/shizuoka/909548.html （水） We conducted a special class on trees for 5th and 6th graders of Kamiatago Elementary School. The students learned not only how to identify trees, but also the various roles of the leaf shape. They already knew the names of some of the trees and were also able to remember the names of the trees correctly and attach the name plates to the correct trees. I felt that the familiarity with nature in their daily lives helped to solidify their knowledge. Mizunaga
